The lumbosacral xrays show some features of mild spondylosis with osteophytes seen over the lumbar vertebrae most obvious over the L3,L4,L5 vertebral segments. The pelvic alae and sacroiliac joints appear normal to me. There is no features of kyphoscoliosis on this xray. In conclusion looks like just some mild early degenerative changes of the spine. Some clinical information such as presenting complains, age and occupation would help.
