The ones the keep you running without injury or complaint. Seriously though, it’s so subjective. I rotate between Saucony, Asics, Brooks on a weekly basis. I’m not really brand loyal because I don’t get paid by a brand but my Saucony and Asics have treated me pretty well, and Brooks Ghost Max are a well balanced shoe with lots of cushion but not too soft—good for recovery or daily runs. I read and watch videos (Believe in the Run and others).
