Agreed. Had three injuries in the gym all my fault. 1) torn hamstring - RDL deep into a cut with an increase in ROM using same weights I did with less Rom. 2) Rotator cuff grade 3 tear - warm up sets on bench press felt off and normally when something doesn’t feel right I swap it out. 3) Herniated Lumbar disc - too much high intensity squats and deadlifts close to powerlifting event. Poor programming.
