Rio tells Agatha on The Road “No one else has been given what you have…” Agatha was killing witches to keep Rio at bay so she could prolong HER life. She was literally living on Borrowed Time and Stollen Power. That’s why Rio was in Westview in Ep. 1: Agatha hadn’t killed in 3 years. She couldn’t Kill Agatha, but had still come to claim her.
