1️⃣ Your workouts aren’t effective. (I heard this tip so many times but was in denial of it) First - make sure you’re prioritizing strength training over cardio. Period. Second - strength training programming isn’t just throwing random exercises together. There’s a science to designing them to make them effective. Take programming seriously.
