I knew someone, he's a Deutsch. His job requires him to meet people all the time and travel to different places all the time. Every couple of months or so, he said..he will need to spend alone time for couple of days. Let it be in a small shack, fishing in his small boat. Cooking simple dishes. It made him feels on the ground. That's just how he do it. And he's one happy person.
