Avocado, nuts, beans. Maybe some more snacks throughout the day, trail mix, nut butter on some crackers, hummus and pita chips. Cream cheese plus veggies on a bagel, guacamole is a good base for wraps and as a dip. But also good idea to talk to dr, maybe ask to get blood work done to see if they have any vitamin deficiency to address as well or if there is an issue with digestive system- that will inhibit absorption of nutrients
