In this case it’s more or so the technique issue of him not turning his head to locate the ball (happens all the time throughout the league). This pass should have been intercepted. One sees where the ball is going almost the entire time the other is tracking and reacting to a ball based off who he’s defending. You’re hawking down a receiver that runs no more than a 4.4 and you’re expected to turn around and take less than 2 seconds to track a ball you have no idea whether it’s even being thrown in your direction. Anyways we’ve seen professional football players play professional baseball at a high level but we have never seen it the other way around.
