This may be contoversial but we don’t need another Black directory that is out of date or non-functional. There are LITERALLY hundreds of directories and lists for different Black-owned businesses, industries, etc. When I started hiihat.com we were in a sea of directories and really found it hard to stand out. Now, most of those directories are dead and gone or very outdated. It got really hard for me in ‘22/‘23 but I stuck it out and our search engine meets the needs of Black people everywhere.
