L.A. Friends: There’s a free Meditation Group every Monday night at 7:15pm to 8:15pm. It’s at All Saints Church in Pasadena. Don’t stress; it’s pretty secular. 25 minute meditation, 10 minute walking meditation, and another 25 minute meditation. All in the beautiful setting of a church at night.
