They let it add up to a certain amount then press charges. Target doesn’t chase people out. It’s against their policy and interferes with the safety of their employees. Trust they knew and they usually even have security in there watching behind a double mirror.

8 小時內	Martin Schmidt the.sock.monkey.guy	It's nice that they let the crime happen and then prosecute it. It would be nicer if they didn't let the crime happen in the first place. And they don't have to chase anyone, either. All they have to do is have sufficient staff to help the customers. And if this incident was premeditated, as some suspect it was, having plenty of staff would deter that also.
