I just got a must read urgent message from my GP surgery through the NHS app and when I went to read their important message it turns out, it was complaining that National Insurance is set to go up and it will have an adverse effect on their business. Making excuses about a knock on affect to service, which is bad regardless if NI. I find this an abuse of the NHS messaging system to start with, but using your position as an NHS GP service as a party political statement is indefensible. #Nhs #NI
