A female is born with her lifetime supply of eggs. So when our mothers were born, they already had the egg that would one day become us. So the egg that created us was actually developed inside our grandmother’s womb.

It is the greatest piece of knowledge. I didn't have my babies until after my Mum died. I love knowing, and telling them, that the very first 50% of them was created within her.
