This is my first time on a flight with multiple lap pets as passengers. I’m allergic to most dogs and all cats so naturally I carry an inhaler + allergy pill every time I travel. But yall! My chest is tight, can’t stop sneezing, nose is congested and I’ve had to take Vicks vapor rub and melatonin to ease my anxiety of not being able to breath normal. Any suggestions? Currently on a 5+ hour flight 😭 allergylife
