Because the Republicans are protecting him. As long as they continue to do so, he’s going to get away with everything. You have to ask yourself why are the Republicans protecting him?

He "paid off" judges, installed judges that are loyal to him, and knows how to work the system. The fact he knew he would "win" long before the election should've been one of many concerns people looked into, but didn't. We all know what happens if he doesn't get his way.
