I see a lot of discourse around Etsy and their fees but I have to say, my issue isn't that Etsy charges fees. Its that they charge fees on shipping. Why? That's not a part of my profit, I'm not keeping that. Why are you including that when calculating my fees?

One thing that hurts in my opinion is that if you’re paying for listing, not only pay fee, it should be connected with additional benefit like having views from Etsy search and app even if you’re just learning about using right tags, descriptions and make mistakes. But that’s a dream about too perfect world I bet 😉 I also had been testing Etsy ads for last month and about 40€ went away with not satisfying results, sad story 😅
17 小時內	Alys alysaucottage	It’s because of sleazy sellers who cheat. They were selling their items for next to nothing to avoid paying fees and putting extra on the shipping fees that weren’t commissioned .
