I took my 76-yr-old mom to a medical procedure today. I went inside to make sure she got settled, and then she started telling me where to find the important papers and what dress she wants to be buried in. This is not the first time she's gone through all of this with me. I know this is important and necessary to know and appreciate that she does this, but I HATE thinking about her being gone.
