I had no idea of how exhausting grief can be. My Dad died in the summer, my Mum died 10 days ago. I was tasked with organising her last journey, as I did for my Dad. Her funeral is finally arranged, despite my warring sisters. I am absolutely wiped out . To anyone else suffering loss, take care and take time to reflect and rest.

14 小時內	Gwynneth Rixon gwynnethzoe	My husband died on 15 April...we were so fortunate to have got together later in life..and spent twelve happy years together 24/7 apart from a total of three months . It takes time, and you must fill that gap with memories. It still hurts. Sitting in silence in his company was comfortable. Sitting alone sucks. It is too easy to keep over busy. You are right..rest and mend.
