I moved back to my hometown a little over a year after I divorced. I was still in the church at that time so I rejoined the church I grew up in. Hold up - I gotta take yall back real quick before taking the story forward. We moved from MI to MS when I was 14. Friends and family were stopping by to say goodbye leading up to the day we left, including Alan and his parents. Our families attended the same church for years - this included his grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins. 2/
