We’re watching movies at my house late on a Sunday evening and end up falling asleep on the floor in the living room. I wake up in the middle of night but Alan isn’t there. I’m thinking he went home, but it’s unusual that he wouldn’t wake me up to tell me. I look outside and his car is still parked in the lot next to my townhouse. I look in the downstairs bathroom, no Alan. Then I head upstairs. 7/
