It still baffles me that women voted for this just because Kamala said something once five years ago that she recanted; preventing trans people from getting gender affirming surgery in prison is more important than this???!!! We need to work on the hate towards trans people.

This is tragic. it seems like the doctors were using the pill over the d and c because of how much cheaper and easier it is for them. If it were about the laws, they probably would not have given her an abortion pill..but they did. It seems like this didn’t have to do with abortion laws, it seems to be due to laziness and neglect by the docs on the seriousness of the hemorrhaging.
