If @msnbc wants to save their network @maddowmaddow needs to come back full time and do her show 5 days a week. When she decided that only 1 show a week was good enough that was the beginning of people walking away. A pay cut makes no difference it’s viewership that will keep msnbc on the air and Rachel is the main power of drawing people to watch. And it got us watching other showers before and after hers.
