What is a joke that should have landed, but didn't? Here's mine: My brother and his wife went on vacation & left their dog in the care of my dad & stepmom. While they were gone, the dog had some kind of medical issue, and my stepmom made the decision to put the dog down. They did not tell the couple until they came home. About a week after that happened, my sister mentioned to me she was having my dad and stepmom babysit her son for the weekend. Me: "Really? After what they did to the dog?"
