She calls to say things like: I noticed she had 2 tests back to back, so am moving hers to a different time. I've arranged a quiet room for her assignments during her afternoon block. I brought extra craft supplies so she can work on her project here. Since she wasn't in today, a heads up there's a quiz tomorrow she wouldn't have known about, but it'll be open book so she can find yesterday's lesson details. (2/3)

She wants success for the students. She wants to make things easier, in any way she can. And most importantly of all - she wants them to know how much she cares.
