You are a cheapskate…. Every server deserves a minimum of 10% and 15 or 20% if the service was outstanding or if the entire experience was exceptional. When you turn the system into restaurants like Europe, they don’t give a crap about the service they give you and the food is not always consistent because everyone is on salary and they don’t expect a tip

It's a numbers game, you won't win them all. If you are a good server then your average income will reflect that. If you are a great server then you are earning a lot of money and have nothing to complain about. If all your tips are as above then find another job.
