At Shanghai Hao Wei Soup Dumplings 上海好味道小籠湯包 in Tainan, a place many foreigners come to when they first arrive in Tainan as the menu is in English & for a while one of the only ones. It's been years, many years since I last came here! Prices seem to have gone up a bit... I'm continuing a week from alcohol.
