When we're on tour, I handle merchandise sales myself before and after our shows. While we're performing, the merch table is left unattended, relying on an honor system. We trust our fans, and thankfully, we've never had any major issues. However, the other night, I was surprised to find a stranger - someone I'd never met or spoken to - managing our merch table, collecting money, and rummaging through our bins. I'm still unsure how to feel about it; not really angry, but also, don't do that!
