Alone for Thanksgiving, a classmate invited me to their humble Thanksgiving. On their tight student budget, cramped messy house with a misfit teenage girl, a bed wetting 1st grader, a pre schooler who was a handful. Chaos! No table clothes or cloth napkins. Not much was homemade, there was no time for cooking all day between him being in law school and her working full time and the two of them trying to raise three girls. It was my best Thanksgiving ever and that requires no explanation.
