Not necessarily but depends, if they seem uncomfortable then it may be constipation, gas drops always helped my baby with that. Her pediatrician said it’s normal for breastfed babies to go a a few days without pooping. If I’m not mistaken on the dot when she was 1 or 2 months (I can’t exactly remember) she stopped pooping daily, and isn’t uncomfortable. If your pediatrician has a nurse line to call after hours I’d recommend calling and asking to see what they say. Every kid is different!
