Boarded an Air India Express flight ✈️ from Kolkata yesterday. Could not find the charging point for phone - USB slot. Asked the airhostess - she replied " No charging ports - this is a no-frills airline" Seriously?!! Cars, Buses & trains have phone charging points these days, even few 2 wheelers - which has become essential these days ! Which era are you in Air India...your no frills flight journey costed me Rs. 7500/-, not exactly cheap! Atleast the lavatory was free to use, no charges 😐😐
