Spatchcocked turkey with bourbon brown sugar rub & baked ham (not glaze for some members dietary guidelines) Stuffing with home baked bread Sweet potatoes with pecan streusel topping Mashed potatoes and gravy (all from scratch, but not overly dressed, again due to dietary guidelines) Crack green beans (using our home canned green beans and bacon, brown sugar, soy sauce and shallots) A five layer salad with homemade vinaigrette Six from scratch pies For 14 people

Not true. Sorry for your troubles.

Roast duck breast, confit legs, garlic mashed potatoes, glazed carrots, duck cracklin’ Brussels sprouts, mushrooms with brown butter and shallots, duck fat stuffing, and “chasseur” gravy. I did cure the legs two days before hand to be truthful.
