Likewise, with so many affirming churches, it saddens me when christians choose those that rail against queerness and wokeness. Especially when they have family who can probably point them to ones that don't preach hate. Seriously, why? Those church pastors have studied the Bible, religion, and theology, just as much as others. But they seem to actually practice kindness, empathy, and love. One really can be a Christian with a church family and still keep their LGBTQ+ family members as well.
