Today, I met an aqua gym teacher and triathlete who started swimming just two years ago. ⁣ At 24, she decided to conquer her fears and silence the doubting voices in her head—the ones that predict failure and criticize every step you take.⁣ ⁣ We all have these voices inside our heads until we prove to them who's really in charge.⁣ ⁣ The wonderful lady in the photos is very dear to me. ⬇️
