It’s hard to absorb this. I’m sick to my stomach and I’m shaking. The only way for me to get through this is to be proactive. I still love my country, and I must find more effective ways to guide it back to the ideals it professes to have. I have to find a way to make a genuine difference and give aid and comfort to communities made more vulnerable by this. I don’t know what that is yet, but I can’t be a bystander as a mad man tries to burn down the world
