I totally Agree it’s even more sad how therapy is regarded in many African countries as something crazy people do .i want to believe a lot of people don’t know what therapy really is or what it does and if some do they don’t fully comprehend it a few really get it .yet as it stands it’s one of the most important things every person should know and have access to more than ever pyschology is branch that needs to be explored literally everything depends on ones mental state
