Yes I was a cabin crew for 10yrs. 1yr with Silkair, 9 with Emirates. Rindu betul zaman cantik, slim dulu. Lepas kawin, struggled with infertility and the countless hormone meds caused rapid weight gain. Dari size M/L jadi size 3XL. Hormones dah haywire. 1yr of fitness journey and baru turun ke 2XL, but I definitely feel stronger! Kalau tak tau how hard people have been struggling privately, belajarlah jaga pertuturan dan doakan yang baik2.
