It's not up to me to tell you to breathe deeply, calm your nerves, or to self soothe/care. Your anger is valid. Your Confusion Dissappointment Sadness Frightened And any other emotions is valid. And I am sorry y'all have to go through this. I'm not gonna toxic positivity anything. But I will keep fighting and supporting and resisting.
