I’m adopted from Central America but this was my fathers group text yesterday: I’ve given up on America. I will live here, but im not proud of my country as I was before. I will keep my head down, enjoy what nature has to offer. I’m a white, healthy, financially secure, man so not much will change in my lifestyle. Only the conversations I have and with whom I will be close to. It will take a generation at least to undo the legacy of the next four years and I will be long gone
