I’m at the office and I’ve gone to the bathroom 2x this morning- both times there were WOC crying inside. Tears is a completely acceptable response. Because of my job, I get the pleasure of dealing with the people who ask “why are ppl overreacting, it’s not a big deal”, and all im saying is that after my bathroom tears, there will be unbridled rage, too. Also an acceptable response.
