Another inspiring history fact to uplift the GlobalSisterhood May I present: The Iclandic Womans Strike In 1975 on the 24th October women in Iceland refused to go to work, refused go watch yhe kids, didn’t cook, didn’t clean… just walked out and protested. All day. The country went into standstill. Ready meals sold out, men had to bring kids to work, businesses were forced to shut, and chaos ensued. It also worked. They drew a list of commands and they were met. Girl power ✌🏻
