Teringat masa saya conducted interview utk cari Engineer, few years back. Me : How do you define 'work'? Engineer : Puan, for me when I work, I only think how to 'ease' people. With that answer, I decided to hire him for that post (even ramai lagi yg datang, better than him in terms of qualification). why? sbb I know he will excel as his priority and commitment is 'people' not he himself dan terbukti now he is head of Engineering yang berjaya.
