Things I did yesterday to try to feel better when experiencing PMDD symptoms
- asked for help
- slept in
- relaxed on the couch playing video games
- read a book
- ate homemade hearty food
-went for a walk
- did a short workout
-listened to music
- spent time with family
- spoke with loved ones
And I still broke down. I didn't have my medication and although I would love to live without it. I can’t. If you struggle like me, you’re not alone. Mentalhealth
