I’m still very new to the gym and lifting, especially on the machines. All the lifting I’ve done has been with dumbbells and kettle bells at home.
So to all the seasoned gym goers, I need y’all help. This is the split I’m going to start on Monday for the next 4 weeks (slight variation in weeks 3&4). What do y’all think of it? Is there anything I should add, or substitute? Any and all advice is welcome.
