Not PT. What I did was, train my body to release glucose. How? Every morning for 2 months, I ran at least 30 min. Result, my glucose level rise up to 6.4 mmol during my morning routine. After that glucose reduce to below 4 mmol. Even did Glucose Tolerance Test during my morning routine. Fasting is 6.2, 6.4. 2 hours after taking concentrated glucose, drop to 3.5. Doctor pun pelik. Test again. Same results. I also test at home throughout the day. Same result. Tgh hari 4.4. Petang 5.2.
