Yesterday I mourned, grieved, cried, & went through all stages of grief. I thought about canceling my trip to Mexico so I didn't have to spend it w/ family. I thought about going to Mexico over Thanksgiving so I didn't have to spend it w/family. I looked up blue states I could move to (very limited warm blue states by water). But, I didn't do any of those things. I cleaned my house. I went outside. I processed some of my emotions.
