I live in Nevada. We have a very close senatorial race, with ballots still being counted. No discussion re "rigging" until the dem incumbent starts to take a lead. I don't get it. If they lose, it must be rigged. There was no discussion about vote tampering until he brought it up. Because as his ex-wife said, he cannot lose. So, if he does it must be rigged. Now his minions believe the same thing. The movie Idiocracy is happening in real life!
