2 小時內	Candace onezenmom	Thumb outside of fingers, make contact with your two largest knuckles, keep your wrist tight and straight inline with those knuckles, generate power from all the way down in your legs, but don't sacrifice your stance/balance. You also can't go wrong with a good ol' fashion hammerfist strike (contact with the side of your fist instead of knuckles) - Less likely to hurt yourself, just as effective as a straight punch, power boost from torque/gravity, & more varied delivery angles and targets.
