Have you tried warm baths right before bedtime, a warm bottle or breastfed right after…I swore by that so much

Swaddling consistently is the closest we’ve gotten to a good nights sleep with 12 week old twins. And I at least hold in my mind the thought that they should wake every 3 hours to eat, sometimes it’s sooner but I usually try my best to get them back to sleep if it is. I think the parents attitude and desire for routine, even if it’s imperfect, helps so much.
