Oh this is a juicy one. Not to be flippant, but I guess this is part of systems thinking. I maybe part of the solution lies in getting more eyeballs involved from people familiar with the system or parts of it. I’d even consider looping in the documentation team as they are deeply familiar with explaining the product and ensuring coherence throughout the documentation.
