I used to be a coffee addict. Sebelum run lepas subuh wajib black coffee no sugar. Tp sbb HR I huru hara masa run, I try run dgn perut kosong no coffee no breakfast. Alhamdulillah all went well sampai skarang. Balik run I just minum green tea😃. Poket pun jimat!🤣
